The terms on which you may use this website.

These terms govern this website only. They are not merchant terms. If Zuripay is designated as a Payment Service Provider and you later onboard as a merchant, a separate merchant agreement will govern that relationship and will take precedence over anything here.

1. About us

This website is operated by Zuripay Solutions Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Republic of Zambia (), registered office at Lusaka, postal address . By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Our regulatory status

Zuripay is an applicant for designation as a Payment Service Provider under the National Payment Systems Act No. 1 of 2007. Zuripay is not currently designated or licensed, is not onboarding merchants, and is not processing customer transactions.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation or invitation to acquire a regulated financial service, nor a representation that Zuripay is licensed to provide one. Descriptions of services describe what Zuripay has built and intends to offer subject to designation being granted. Any timing indicated is a plan, not a promise.

This website is informational only, and no contract is formed through it. Browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or joining the waiting list does not create any contract between you and Zuripay, does not open an account, and does not entitle you to any service. All products and services described remain subject to regulatory approval by the Bank of Zambia, and may change or may never be offered.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
  • introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation or availability of the site;
  • submit false information, impersonate any person, or submit another person's details without their authority;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for commercial purposes without our written consent;
  • use the site in any way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • use Zuripay's name, logo or content to suggest an association, endorsement or authorisation that does not exist.

4. Information you submit

When you submit a form you confirm that the information given is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We handle submissions in accordance with our privacy notice.

Joining the launch updates list does not create a contract, does not make you a Zuripay customer or merchant, does not guarantee that you will be onboarded, and obliges neither party to anything. Onboarding, if it ever occurs, would be subject to designation being granted and to our know-your-business, risk and compliance checks.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, and the Zuripay name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Zuripay Solutions Limited and protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit our content commercially without written permission.

6. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and we may change its content at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Market statistics on this site are attributed to their sources and used for context. They are not our own research and we do not warrant their accuracy.

7. Third-party links

Where we link to another website we do so for information only. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, Zuripay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Fraud warning

Zuripay will never ask you for your mobile money PIN, your card CVV, or a one-time password — by any channel, in any circumstance. We will never ask you to send money to "verify" an account or to secure a place on any list.

Our only official domain is zuripay.co.zm and our only official email addresses end in @zuripay.co.zm. Treat any other approach as fraudulent and report it to complaints@zuripay.co.zm.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The date above shows the last revision.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, and the courts of Zambia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
